We moved to The Overlook at Mile High in July of 2011. Since we'll be spending the next ten months of our lives in this shithole, we've decided to document the filth that a thousand dollars a month buys you here. If we can save just one person from the hell we're enduring, we've accomplished something.

Just to give you an idea about the character of our neighbors-
Here is a picture of a poor little unattended baby. Sad.
I live in a townhome across from these people. They leave their baby and their dog outside unattended at all times, and their house always has their doors and windows open, so you can see the disarray and the "lovely" people milling about (presumably drugged out of their damn minds) not noticing the world around them. Also, the dip**** kids in that area are always slamming their soccerballs and footballs into cars (including mine) without any regard for what they are doing. Aside from that, I haven't had much problem and enjoy the townhome we live in, but The Overlook totally screwed over my girlfriend this week so bad that she decided to pay to break the lease and gtfo of there. Funny blog, by the way!
Thank you! We talk about breaking our lease all the time, and probably will as soon as possible. We always say, though, that the only place that would be worse than our apartment is the townhomes directly across from our balcony. between those awful kids and the dude that blares bass from his suv all afternoon and/or any time he leaves or arives, i really don't think i could handle it.
SOME PEOPLE HAVE NO SENSE GET YOUR CHID OF THE LAWN HE OR SHE IS NOT AN ORNAMENT!
